The Parkersburg Art Center "Trick or Peek" Halloween Tour of Homes is one of those events. Six area, historical, homes were featured on this Fall Tour. Guests were invited to attend a "VIG" (Very Important Ghost) Reception following at Vienna's Panera Bread.
