Pricing:

All set ups include a 36” round table, coordinating base tablecloth and square overlay, 36” glass circle placed on a slowly turning turntable, and masking greenery and/or cloth to cover turntable motor. Crown Marketing Services has 3 Complete Candy Buffet Set-Ups available for use.

Option 1: The Set Up & Run!
Basically, we set up your display and you provide the candy and treat bags. We will work with you to use your selected colored linens, from inventory. We come in, set up the display, and you fill with your own candy. We return to break down, and remove, the display. $100.00 rental fee

Option 2: The “Whole” Sweet Thing!
We work with you to design your color theme from our linen inventory as well as your candy selections. This price includes set up, tear down and all candies, cellophane bags and twist ties. We will work with you and add any decorations, from our rental inventory, to enhance your display for a small additional fee. See Pricing Structure Below. $100 rental fee plus per person pricing.

Sweet Feast Buffet
Serves 200-300 Guests
This display may need to utilize a larger round table measuring 48” – 60” in diameter. Display elements may include glass shelving which is not, all, motorized. There is no additional fee for the larger table or additional linens needed for larger displays.

Special Notes:
Candy portions are not an exact science. All efforts are made to ensure that more than enough candy is presented.
A guest count is required at least 36 hours prior to your event. The exact number of bags will be set out, with the display, corresponding with your guest counts. Additional bags can be added, pending candy inventory, and will result in an additional $2 per bag.
It is the renter’s responsibility to reimburse Crown Marketing Services for any broken, glass, containers or decorative elements that may be broken, or chipped, while items are used during your special event.
